So wikipedia states:

* Spawns in the Hall of Monuments as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Having all four Monumental Tapestries added to player's Hall of Monuments.
2. Either having at least "Kind of a Big Deal" and at least four filled monuments (maximum amount of items displayed) or achieving "People Know Me".
3. Entering the area without any other players, heroes or henchmen.

After filling 4 monuments (all except weapons) and maxing 5 titles the rainbow phoenix does not appear? is this a bug? is wiki wrong? can it be tamed by viewing HOM as account?

Help!

Full Hall of Monuments consists of the following (either in personal or account view)

The maximum number of viewable submissions at each monument are:
20 Miniatures in the Monument of Devotion
5 Heroes or Pets in the Monument of Fellowship
5 PvE or PvP Titles or Achievements in the Monument of Honor
5 Elite Armor sets in the Monument of Resilience
11 Destroyer or Tormented weapons in the Monument of Valor

Seems to me like you need to get to r2 KoabD

edit: nevermind, you need the 2nd tier of the KOABD title, "People know me".

i am in the same spot as you . But after reading what Darcy said, the problem is at the miniature monument - "at least four filled monuments (maximum amount of items displayed" - looks like that monument needs 20 mini's to feel satisfied

He's right - you can do it with r1 KoaBD and 4 filled monuments.

no u don't need the monuments filled u need the r2 KoaBD and have the tapstreys behind em that is the requirements

Is it really hard to grasp that the Rainbow Phoenix may appear in the Hall of Monuments for two different conditions?

Either having at least "Kind of a Big Deal" and at least four filled monuments (maximum amount of items displayed) or achieving "People Know Me".

yeah i saw that also, still never appeared for me =(.

Well, with the cost of destroyer/tormented weapons, I think I'd rather just get the 10 titles.

The four monuments you need to have full are the ones that use the tapestry. You mention that you haven't done the weapons yet (showing 11 to be considered max), so that's why you're not getting the +1 bump effect.
